Virgin Radio RedFestDXB Announces New Strategic Partner and Confirms Dates for 2017 Festival

Dubai, September 25, 2016 – Virgin Radio RedFestDXB, Dubai’s critically acclaimed two-day music festival, confirms its return to Dubai Media City Ampitheatre on February 2nd and 3rd, 2017 gathering to its stage a thrilling line-up of world-class international artists. Marking a key development to ensure the annual event continuously surpasses itself and offers more unique and memorable experiences to its fans, organizer Done Events along with sister company, Virgin Radio 104.4, welcome another strategic partner, Live Nation, the global leader in live entertainment.

The strategic partnership brings together Done Events’ and Live Nation’s access to the most-sought after artists in the market today as well as the knowledge and the best practices in production, operations, marketing and ticketing. Together with Virgin Radio 104.4 leading the promotional campaign, the three powerhouses are poised to deliver the best Virgin Radio RedFestDXB to date.

Launched in 2014, Virgin Radio RedFestDXB has quickly become one of the most anticipated events in the region that has featured music heavyweights such as Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Conor Maynard, Marvin Humes, The Lumineers, John Newman, Naughty Boy, Rita Ora, A-Yo!, Mark Ronson and Zane Lowe on its first year; The Script, Iggy Azalea, Kid Ink, Bastille, Kiesza, Jeremih, Ella Eyre, and Tinashe in 2015; and Steve Aoki, The Vamps, Dawn, Grace, Nathalie Saba, Adam Lambert, Trey Songz, Eva Simons, Fifth Harmony, RedFoo, MistaJam and Esther Eden in 2016.
